6. Yanfei
Yanfei is not a bad character at all, from her appearance to the skill set that this lawyer possesses.
However, Yanfei’s problem is that the current Pyro system has no shortage of elemental DPS players, like Hutao is a typical character.
7. Kaeya
Kaeya’s design is really great, from his appearance to his voice acting, which excellently conveys all aspects of this guy’s personality.
The problem is that, like Lisa & Amber, Kaeya is free, so it’s difficult for players to earn his high-level talents.
8. Diluc
Diluc is one of the strongest characters when Genshin Impact was first released.
However, over time, there was no longer a shortage of Pyro-type characters who used heavy swords, leading to Diluc’s fall from grace.
9. Qiqi
Qiqi the zombie girl is probably the least popular and rarely used character among Genshin’s healers.
Sadly, Qiqi has never been appreciated at all.
10. Keqing
Keqing used to be the most searched 5-star character in the game, next to Diluc.
The irony is that over time, Keqing’s burst damage ability has become less and less superior compared to characters released later.
