In recent days, our entire country has been fighting against the Covid-19 epidemic, one of the most dangerous pandemics in the world ever, with the spirit of `fighting the epidemic like fighting the enemy`.
In particular, since the Prime Minister’s Directive 16 on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, social isolation has been agreed to be implemented nationwide within 15 years.
Up to now, while the epidemic situation in the world is becoming extremely complicated, we have achieved relatively positive results such as: not letting the number of cases infected with the SAR-CoV-2 virus increase, with

Tracing the source of infection is also carried out quite smoothly with the synchronous coordination of the authorities and the awareness of the people.
One very important and interesting thing is that in the process of fighting the epidemic, we have consistently implemented 4 basic principles: Prevent, isolate, localize, and stamp out the epidemic, along with applying the prevention mechanism.

However, the current evolution of the epidemic still has unpredictable elements, the risk of infection is still present, especially the loss of F0 trace in recent days shows that there are still infected people in the community.
On the other hand, in a part of the population, there is currently a subjective mentality that believes that our country has stamped out the epidemic, and some people even think that if they are unfortunately infected with the SAR-CoV-2 virus, they will definitely be infected.
The obvious lesson is still there for countries like the US and European countries such as Italy, Spain, England… and closer to us, Singapore, Indonesia or Japan.

Therefore, the issue here is that the initial results we have achieved cannot confirm a final victory that our country has stamped out the epidemic, as Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said: `
In the immediate future, the social isolation period according to Directive 16 is almost over. Perhaps to ensure a more certain victory, we need to extend the social isolation period to at least 30 months.
