Ford Territory 2023, distance traveled: 9,000 km.
Advantage:
✓ Modern design.
✓ Spacious and comfortable space.
✓ Lots of technology.
✓ Smooth suspension system.
✓ Good soundproofing.
Weakness:
✗ Cannot change gears at will.
✗ The suspension is smooth when driving on the street, but when traveling on the highway, the car is quite bouncy due to the soft suspension system.
✗ There is no lane departure warning system.

My need is a high-riding, 5-seat, spacious car.
Vehicles are mainly used in the city.
As everyone knows, currently in the segment of C-sized SUVs or rolling SUVs in Ho Chi Minh City with a price range of one billion, there are names that have been present for a very long time such as Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5, Toyota Corolla Cross or Toyota Corolla Cross.
The reason for not choosing the Mazda CX-5 is because when I tested it, the car was quite noisy, and the suspension was stiff. It’s also true that the Mazda is a bit more sporty, not suitable for my current needs.
If I don’t choose the Honda CR-V, the car is near the end of its life cycle. Although the driving experience is `top of the line`, buying a car costs billions of dollars and on the sidelines there is information that the car is about to have a new version, so I also
Don’t choose Hyundai Tucson because for about 1 billion, I can only buy the special 2.0 version.
Don’t choose Kia Sportage, the current design is beautiful, but unfortunately the current design is not my aesthetic taste so I’m not very interested.
Don’t choose the Toyota Corolla Cross, Toyota’s legendary hybrid. When I bought it, the car cost about 1.1 billion.
I decided to choose the Territory because, firstly, it is spacious, this is the widest car in the segment, my family tried it and it was very comfortable without anyone being constrained in any position.
As soon as I received the car, I immediately had a trip to Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat so I encountered almost every type of terrain to feel the soundproofing of the car, for me the soundproofing was quite good.
The Territory has a design that I think is beautiful both inside and out. I think it will be quite a while before the company launches a new facelift, my car is far from outdated.
In particular, after the trip to Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat, I also learned some dissatisfied points such as the somewhat inconvenient driving mode selection system.
Because the car was front-wheel drive, when cornering on the pass, I had understeer, leading to the car swerving to the other side of the road. Luckily, at that time I steered back in time and the opposite side was as well as the rear.
