This is the September 11 guidance from the Ministry of Health, in the Manual for implementing the tasks of mobile medical stations.
F0 at home can self-monitor;
Asymptomatic or mild F0 self-monitor their health daily by filling out information in the Health Monitoring Sheet twice a day, in the morning and afternoon.
Signs to monitor daily include breathing rate, pulse, temperature, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and blood pressure (if measured).
When one of the signs becomes worse, immediately contact medical staff or the commune health station, mobile health station, or emergency transportation center.
10 signs of worsening include:
Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, or in children there are signs of abnormal breathing: groaning, chest indentation, flaring nostrils, wheezing, wheezing when inhaling.
Increased breathing rate: Adults: ≥ 21 breaths/minute;
SpO2 ≤ 95% (if possible to measure).
Fast pulse over 120 beats/minute or under 50 beats/minute
Low blood pressure: maximum blood pressure < 90 mmHg, minimum blood pressure < 60 mmHg (if possible).
Frequent chest pain, tight feeling in the chest, pain increases when breathing deeply.
Changes in consciousness such as confusion, narcolepsy, lethargy, extreme tiredness/fatigue, fussy crying, lethargy that is difficult to wake, and seizures.
Purple lips, purple tips of fingernails and toenails, blue skin, pale lips, cold fingertips and toes.
Unable to drink, with children having poor feeding, poor appetite, vomiting.
Children have symptoms such as high fever, red eyes, red lips, red tongue, swollen fingers and toes with erythema, hemorrhagic spots or patches…
When there is any situation that makes F0 feel anxious and unstable.
F0 needs rest and light physical exercise (appropriate for health condition);
Patients should think positively and maintain a comfortable mentality.
